Sips House receives California Advanced Homes Grant

The Habitat for Humanity main house, constructed from SIPs (Structural Insulated panels), has achieved the required energy efficiency to qualify for a California Advanced Homes Grant. The house will be 45% more efficient than the standard California home. To qualify, the house was extensively HERS tested.
