Monica Ratliff – LEED AP, Architect

Monica Ratliff, one of the firm’s principal architects, is licensed in the State of California and is a LEED Accredited Professional. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture, Cum Laude, from the University of Arizona, 1993. Her work experience includes an internship with Line and Space, an acclaimed design firm in Tucson, Arizona, and project management positions with CityDesign Collaborative in Boston, and Ware Malcomb in southern California.

After working on a wide range of project types including large concrete tilt-ups, office buildings and postal work, she ended up finding her ideal environment when she landed in the small office of Boone Low Architects where there was a focus on positive client relationships, respect and appropriate response to project environs, and attention to detail. She still enjoys and practices a variety of commissions, but particularly relishes working with people in designing their homes.
