The Mosquito and Vector Control Laboratory is up and running. The remodeled building converted an old Sheriff’s department into an up-to-date laboratory, capable of managing the ever-increasing need to study local mosquito and insect-borne viruses. The remodel provides much needed facilities for the research and field staff, and also includes a lobby and meeting area for team meetings and local outreach and education.
