Downtown Children’s Center

This project consists of a master plan including site work, renovation of existing structures, and a new childcare center with two housing units on the second floor. The housing units will provide affordable living space for employees of the childcare center. The childcare center will house two classrooms for preschool and toddler age groups with a family resource room. The childcare population includes many at-risk children. The site includes the historically registered YWCA building and a perfume factory.
