Merrill Road Housing

This 15 unit affordable housing  project was completed for the Housing Authority of Santa Cruz County. The character of the units took subtle cues from the adjacent victorian farmhouse to fit into the neighborhood  context. The clustering of the rental units was designed around a heritage  Oak tree and includes a community outdoor/play area. It is considered one of the one of the most successful examples of affordable housing in Santa Cruz County.
