Vintage Remodel

A remodel of a historically significant house in Westside Santa Cruz. The original features were preserved and new materials lovingly selected to up-date this historical home, while preserving and honoring it’s history. The interior spaces were opened to allow in natural light, a new bathroom was added and the existing out-of-date kitchen was completely remodeled to provide beautiful and functional spaces.
