Jacquelyn Low
Jacquelyn Low – AIA, LEED AP BD+C, Architect
Jacquelyn Low AIA, LEED AP BD+C has over 25 years experience in the architectural profession from master planning to custom residential design. After having worked large bay area architecture firms, she moved to Santa Cruz in 1988. She became a partner with David Boone FAIA in 1992. In 2009, Monica Ratliff and Jacquelyn formed Boone Low Ratliff Architects, Inc.
She has a Masters Degree MARCH in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts with a Major in Architecture from University of California at Berkeley. She continues her quest for learning with a focus on sustainable design in 2011 she became a LEED Accredited Professional and a Certified Passive House Designer.
Jacquelyn is the Principal Design Architect for the Live Oak Resource Center which is the first new construction building in Santa Cruz County to achieve LEED Platinum in 2011. She delights in working closely with clients bringing them new visions of their architectural project goals while creating spaces that are beautiful, comfortable, energy efficient, and resilient to Climate change in the future.
