The City of Santa Cruz Department of Planning and Community Development has awarded The Habitat House and ADU a Green Building Award for Exceptional Design. The project exceeds the highest environmental building standards set by the City of Santa Cruz Green Building program, with an impressive 120 points for the house and 103 points for the ADU. The project team will be receiving the award on February 10th.
