Poolhouse

A bright and open new pool cabana with a wooden arbor in the Seabright neighborhood. The pool house replaced a rundown existing garage and shed. The main house was of historical significance and the pool house required special permitting and careful design to match the look and scale of the original. The walls fold open in the main living area, creating an indoor-outdoor space perfect for summer evenings by the pool.
