Quail Hollow Montessori School

This remodel of an existing church in the center of a residential neighborhood in Felton is comprised of three distinct childcare/classroom areas divided according to the age of the children. This change of use required extensive interfacing with neighbors and county officials to address concerns regarding the presence of a school in this community.  Bringing the structure up to current building and accessibility codes was one of the primary challenges of this job.
